Windows 11: Turn off dim on non focused windows. "Focus Mode" is a HP setting not Windows.

Just making this solution active again as I saw that HP still has not added this "Focus Mode" as an option easy to disable once it's enabled. 

Go to HP Command centre to turn this feature off.

Hi, 

I enabled this focus mode a couple of months ago and I don't find it in the HP command center as everyone says to remove it. This is what my HP command center looks like (am I in the wrong place?)
