Product: HP G62 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Dizüstü bilgisayarımla birlikte windows7 home basic OA MEA kurulu gelmişti. 3-4 ay önce windows 10 yükseltmesi yaptım. Fakat ekran kartı güncelleştirmesi yüklenmediğinden bilgisayarım açılmadı. Geri yükleme yapıp eski sürüme döndüğümde ise durum değişmedi. Bu işlerden anlayan bir arkadaşıma gösterdim o da bilgisayarı formatlayıp windows7 ultimate yüklemiş fakat sanırım orjinal değil bu da. Şu an ne windows 10 a geçebiliyorum ne de de eski basic sürümü kullabiliyorum. Sağ altta da bu sürüm orjinal değil uyarısı almaktayım. HP servisine de gitmeye zamanım yok. Ve HP servisinin de benim bilgisayarıma servis desteği vermediğini web destek sayfasından öğrenmiş bulunuyorum şu an. Durum bu. Çözüm nedir?
