If it says your recovery partition is missing... That's not good... That happened to me once and I talked to a hp tech person and said that would need repair and fresh os system... I had warranty but try all the options for restore or so... It worked for me after several times I tried after it messed up on me again... If nothing works you will need to get help from a hp tech to solve your pc issue
