Just saying...
Hey dude. You just copied some parts of his words. please read it all. he told "Microsoft has released Windows 8 to end users of companies with Software Assurance and Developers with MSDN subscriptions also have access to the same Windows 8. Microsoft just hasn't released Windows 8 to the general public until the end of October."
As everybody knows, the general users are priority, so, we should wait until microsoft releases win 8 for the general public.
OK?

it dose not mater if windows 8 was officially released or not, it matters only that there are no drivers, and other PC makers have released drivers, meaning that HP is lagging behind, and customers that need these drivers before a public official release, are left in the cold.
HP is essentially telling us not to try new software on our PC's, only use what it came with.
and i don't really see them releasing final drivers on launch day, I bet we will have to wait some more.
All this ordeal and HP wont even comment a single post on the subject, only telling us win8 wasn't yet released a fact that changes nothing for us with windows 8 and no drivers.
if HP wants to be a hip and cool and fresh company they need to release these kind of drivers, today's end users are not as clueless as 10 years ago, people now install beta software(final version now) and not supplying some form of drivers for such a big software like windows 8, is just bad service and bad work.
beta drivers is not to much to ask from a giant multibillion dollar company.

At least the poster is directing his/her frustration towards a company that is choosing to be silent, {Content Removed}

As I told you, Microsoft just hasn't released Windows 8 to the general public until the end of October.

Which is why people (myself included) should maybe look to other companies that do take businesses and professionals seriously.
Especially since larger profits for companies come from businesses, not personal users.
HP makes more money from businesses, just like everyone else. Their support is appalling, however.
Windows 8 is finalized, and that is all there is to it. It is available to professionals, such as those that test it and roll it out to users. You can't do that without proper drivers in a business setting. You also TICK OFF these people because they need time to test it before rolling it out. Other companies that are smaller than HP have provided drivers. There is no excuse.

I understand what you say my dear friend. I do not defend HP at all. I myself am very angry because HP has not released the beta drivers yet. I'm a professional user. But, what can we do? We talked so much about this negligence, with no conclusion.

Discussions tend to alert companies. It isn't much, but staying silent does more harm than good. So we discuss, and we tell HP that we are unhappy. Not only does HP get to notice it, but so does the general public, which HP rather not know about it.
