I found a very easy solution that worked for me, I don't if anyone else has done or tried this, but it's very simple.
Go to start
Devices and printers
Find your computer, then right click and select troubleshoot
Give it a minute and it should come up with something, then allow it to fix it.
The orange light should turn blue again.
