Additional driver has been installed. I have tried HP driver first. It does not solve the problem. So I have tried Intel driver with the same end.
I cant see any "unknown device" in device manager to try apply BT driver on it. Is it possible, that BT looks like something else in device manager? For example like some USB device?
Wireless switch is on in bios (checked checkbox).
I am connected trought wifi, so wireless button is on too.
It really looks like BT is off.

i think it shows up as "other device" in the device manager before the driver is loaded. Either way it should be in device manager with a caution symbol if the driver isnt attched. If the driver attaches correctly it should definately show up in device manager under the bluetooth category.
I would try resetting the BIOS to default and maybe toggle the bluetooth enable/disable box in the BIOS.
You might also try testing the wireless card in another laptop.
for what its worth these are the 2 HP drivers i loaded on my win7 x64 system for that wireless card.

some more info from the intel forums. it looks like some people are catching the BT driver in conflict with other wireless software which had to be uninstalled to get BT working. Other people claim adjusting the BT card's power options fixed it for them.

I am really close to know why my BT does not work. HP product bulletin talks about two variations of Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 adapter. One of them has AN at the end (N 7260AN) and has integrated BT. Variation with letters "NB" at the end (N 7260NB) has no integrated BT. Guess, which variation I have in my zbook 14 :-). It is shame a cant add photo here. On card is these text: Model: 7260HMW NB.
My zbook has part number F0V04EA#BCM and every sources which describes those partnuber talk about integrated BT 4.0. At Czech HP webpages i have found this description: " Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260AN 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo"

1) Is it missprint?
2) Is it manufacturing issue?
3) Gods hand?
I Will ask czech HP support channel.

Hi!
Bluetooth-
Open up the back panel to se what network card you have installed.
The “7260HMW NB” do not have Bluetooth support.
I found out that this is what I have after trying to get Bluetooth for a few hours:-(
I also have the Sleep mode problem. Win 7 x64 Enterprise. For the moment I have just disabled sleep. Hope for a solution soon.

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem with sleep mode. Whatever way (power button, closing lid, Fn+Sleep) I use to put the HP Zbook 14 in sleep mode in windows 7 SP1 x64 sometimes it just turns off (no shutdown). Before turning off the status LEDs and the power buttons start flashing randomly. This takes around 10 seconds. There are times when the laptop just goes to sleep without any issues.
Another strange behaviour is sometimes HP Connection Manager doesn't have the Bluetooth device in the list and hence can't be turned on or off and sometimes the Bluetooth device is present and everything works as supposed to.
Regarding the Bluetooth devices in Device Manager. There are 2 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices without drivers.
The laptop is with the latest BIOS version 1.06 and all the drivers are the latest versions.
I did an online support with HP, they asked me to update the ACPI and Video drivers but no success.
Definetely HP should take serious consideration regardig the SLEEP problem. It look like the software (windows) issues a sleep command to the hardware but it doesn't react properly and crashes.
I am expecting HP support to act.
