Hi,
What is the Operating system on your machine ? Normally for Windows, please try:
(a) Right click a blank space on desktop,
(b) Select Personalize,
(c) Select "Change Mouse pointers",
(d) Select "Click pad settings" tab
(e) Disable and click apply/ok (note, you may want to turn on/off few options there).
Regards.
