I have forgotten my admin and power on password for my: Pavilion dv7-6c64nr entertainment pc.  Serial 2ce2062fdk product: a6x13ua#aba.  I see that everyone is listing their "code" on here. I do not know if that can be determined from the information I have given here, if not please help me by instructing where on my laptop that code number can be found, or how to identify it. Thanks.  Also the number on the system disabled screen is [ 71236018 ].
