Hello,

Recently I've been experiencing this problem of auto shutdown in my laptop. It just shuts down without any notification even during activity going on. I checked task scheduler but there's no task for auto shutdown.

My windows licence is expired and I use WiFi for internet. I also intalled SpeedFan for fan problems.

 

Can I get a fix for this one?

I have seen a video about shutdown problems with 15-BS576TX laptop. See the link:

^ In the above case, he was facing shutdown resulting in restarting. It turned out to be a motherboard issue and he got the laptop replaced later. IF your laptop is less than 14 *days* old, use HP chat support and report this problem. They may replace the laptop.
