i have an HP Pavilion dv6810us laptop computer. It had Windows Vista on it but then upgraded to Windows 7 64bit. After doing so, the USB ports are not recognizing the devices inserted. I checked within the Device Manager and it shows that there are some drivers missing under "Other devices" menu. I am missing 2 Base System Devices & 1 Coprocessor.
