i have an HP Pavilion dv6810us laptop computer. It had Windows Vista on it but then upgraded to Windows 7 64bit. After doing so, the USB ports are not recognizing the devices inserted. I checked within the Device Manager and it shows that there are some drivers missing under "Other devices" menu. I am missing 2 Base System Devices & 1 Coprocessor. These are the hardware IDs for the missing devices:
BASE SYSTEM DEVICE
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_12
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&CC_0880
BASE SYSTEM DEVICE
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_12
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&CC_0880
COPROCESSOR
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&SUBSYS_30CF103C&REV_A2
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&SUBSYS_30CF103C
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&CC_0B4000
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0543&CC_0B40
If you would please assist with obtaining the proper drivers for these devices, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
First, download and install the Chipset driver on the following link.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp37501-38000/sp37730.exe
After this installation has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, download and install the Ricoh Card Reader driver on the link below.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45112.exe
Regards,
DP-K
