My system disabled code is 64059957.  Please can you give me information on how to recover from this problem.  I got this error after using wrong Administrator password three times.  Restored the bios because it was corrumpted.

HP Recommended

Is there a default password to use when you can't remember the Administrator or Power On password.  I restored the bios thinking it would reset the password.  Then I didn't use the correct password three times in a row and the system is now disabled with code 64059957 showing.

If I had the correct password, I don't know how I would enter it.  The keyboard is locked with the erron on screen.  Can a system restart be performed?  If so, how?

@nocompute

If you can connect a qwerty keyboard via USB,

Enter this: 71931399

Or else,

Try
Do a hard reset first: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01684768

Then
Removing the back cover of laptop and gently remove the CMOS/RTC battery i.e., silver posted small wrist watch button-battery, by releasing the clips holding it. Wait for 2 hours, reinsert the battery,
Restart the system.

Thanks,
