Dear Customer,
Welcome to HP Support Forum and we are glad to assist you.
This is to inform you that all HP Business Notebooks such as Probooks or Elitebooks have more stringent security than consumer models infact they don't produce 'halt codes', the password cannot be derived from the Serial Number and the code is stored in non-volatile memory so removing the RTC cell will not reset the password in this case.
Please have a look at this link.
http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/49497-HP-Probook-Elitebook-BIOS-Password-Reset-Utility
Please Contact HP Business Notebook support they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.
Hope this helps, for any further queries reply to the post and feel free to join us again

HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) provides the ability to remove or change a BIOS Setup password ONLY when the current password is known. This is by design.
Large enterprise customers seek security in the products they buy.
The ability to change or remove a password using a password generator may be viewed as the equivalent of a backdoor and is not acceptable.
This reference to BCU applies to all HP commercial workstations, desktops and notebooks that use an HP developed BIOS.
These systems are part of HP's Commercial Managed IT (CMIT) offerings.
For other users needing information about BCU or similar tools, questions regarding BCU, SSM or similar tools are best posted in the PC Client Management forum -

Don.
There are no master password generators for ProBooks or EliteBooks and most business class laptops.
1.Contact HP.

2.Replace the BIOS chip.
If you have good soldering skills order the BIOS chip. You will receive a picture of the chips location after purchase.
Mazzif's MyDigitalLife program will not work on your laptop.

tnx everybody for the answers
I think that the only solution for my problem is to replace the BIOS chip.
where I can find the guideline for replace the chip? is it a safe operation? or a nerd operation? 😄
I want to know if the chip goes soldered on the motherboard.
PS. I tried to contact Hp but I had no response from them.
