my bluetooth devices says "Device BTHENUM\Dev_4886E8DAA566\7&1aa362de&1&BluetoothDevice_4886E8DAA566 requires further installation."
I'm unable to share files, play sounds to bluetooth devices. And there are few other devices like MS-ABTP and MS-TCC

Hi @akhilsurabhi,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP 15-ac123tx Notebook and issues with the Bluetooth connections in Windows 10. Here is a link to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connections in Windows 10. It gives you links on enabling the Bluetooth on Windows 10.
Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks.

but, thats not the problem. i'm unable to find "recieve files" option when i right click the bluetooth icon and when i try to send files to other device from pc, then the pc says "device not ready or found". i can find my pc on other bluetooth devices, pair them, that's it. nothing more than that is happening.

Hey @akhilsurabhi,
I would consult the device as it stating that it is not ready. The Notebook appears to be working correctly.
Thanks.

my notebook is working as expected and there's no problem with that except the bluetooth. i've contacted microsoft support regarding the issue. they say that my pc is not ready to install drivers and adviced me to contact manufacturer. what should i do now?

Hey @akhilsurabhi,
What is the device that you are trying to get files from?
Here is a link on sharing Network discovery, that might help.
You might have to revert back to Windows 8 when things were working correctly.
Thanks.

Hey @akhilsurabhi,
I found this that has helped others.
1. Right click on Bluetooth device
2.Open setting
3. Go to PIM Interface Tap
4. Tick the column Allow Bluetooth device to send or received Bluetooth items.
Do this on the phone as well as the Notebook.
Is the Bluetooth on in the Phone? Here is support for the Phone. They would be the best suited to address your concerns.
Thanks.
