Hello,
I have download driver for Bluetooth device (sp69977 and sp69975) and installed without error. However, my bluetooth device in Device Manager is still shown "Generic Bluetooth Adapter".
I have tried to pair my Zenfone or Bluetooth Headset with my PC without error. However, the Bluetooth device shows yellow exclamination, and Windows can't find any driver for Services of those devices such as Advanced Audio, Headset Audio Gateway,...
Could you show me how to fix this?
Thank you!

Hi:
I would try the latest Intel bluetooth driver from your notebook's support and driver page...

The bluetooth peripheral devices are hard to resolve.
You may want to do a search and on the Microsoft forum, there are suggested ways to get those devices installed.

Hi:
What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
Then go to the support page, download and install the corresponding model bluetooth driver for the model wireless adapter your notebook has.

Hi Paul,
You can see my below network devices. I downloaded driver for N 7265 from Intel site but it can't resolve my problem.
In Bluetooth Radios category, it shows "Generic Bluetooth Adapter". I believe there are 2 problems:
1. Bluetooth hasn't had a proper driver.
2. My phone/bluetooth headset can pair but can't find driver for it.
Have you had any ideas to resolve this problem?

Thanks, Paul! Now PC can recognize the BT Intel card. Let me find solution for other problem on Microsoft website as your suggestion.
I just wonder why HP didn't upload or correct driver on Download page for specific model. I have to post 2 questions to find out drivers for BT and Wifi.
Anyway, Thanks for your help! This thread can be closed.
