Probook 640 product # F4L93AW
Windows 8.1

Intel dual band Wireless-N 7260 model 7260HMW AN. Bluetooth does not appear in device manager. Proper soft drivers required for Windows 8.1. Tried uninstalling and re-installing === latest drivers installed. WIFI is always working. OS Windows 8.1 x64 enterprise.

Please check in bios wheather BT Is enabled or not. if yes  please follow the below step..

 

 

Note: refere this link to install  BT Driver ..

1> Right click on BT Icon on taskbar

2> Open setting .

3> Check mark on Alow  BT Devices to find this PC..

There are 2 listed bluetooth drivers there. Try to download and install them.

Thks for your help. I've upgraded the bios to lastest rev (1.30 - 12/24/2014), enabled embedded bluetooth device and installed drivers. Now, it's working.
