Product: pavillion 15 energy star
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i click on the camera app i get ,"we cant find your camera  error code is 0XA00F4244(0XC00DABED)" .                                   I NEED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE ORIGINAL CAMERA THAT WAS INSTALLED WHEN I PURCHASED THE LAPTOP IN 2014 SO I CAN RE INSTALL THE DRIVER AND SOFTWARE .

 I have downloaded cyberlink webcam 6 but that still wonrt work either
