Hello again, sals8570p.
Looking through the document again, I have noticed that the graphics card is switchable and is a part of the chipset.
This means that you unfortunately won't be able to upgrade the graphics card at all.
However depending on the games that you want to play, upgrading the CPU as beforementioned may be worth looking into.
Looking at some benchmarks of the graphics card, it appears that it's as you already may have expected the graphics card that's causing the bottleneck when playing games, so upgrading the processor most likely won't have the desired effect you're looking for.
By upgrading the CPU you'll achieve slightly better specs when it comes to the Intel HD Graphics 4000 internal graphics.
You could compare your current one against the two others through Intel ARK.

Hello sals8570p,
Unfortunately you won't be able to upgrade the graphics card, as it's a discrete card.
However, you could upgrade the CPU, which depending on the CPU you upgrade to could provide you with a better discrete card.
According to the following document, you have a couple of options as far as upgrading goes.
http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c03565466-1.pdf
You currently have the following CPU:
Intel Quad Core i7-3630QM 2.40-GHz processor (SC turbo up to 3.40-GHz; 1600-MHz FSB,
6.0-MB L3 cache, 45 W) for use only on HP EliteBook 8570p Notebook PC computer models
So as far as upgrading goes, there's two faster models, namely the two below:
-- #1
Intel Quad Core i7-3720QM 2.60-GHz processor (SC turbo up to 3.60-GHz; 1600-MHz FSB,
6.0-MB L3 cache, 45 W) for use only on HP EliteBook 8570p Notebook PC computer models
Part number: 681283-001
-- #2
Intel Quad Core i7-3740QM 2.70-GHz processor (SC turbo up to 3.70-GHz; 1600-MHz FSB,
6.0-MB L3 cache, 45 W) for use only on HP EliteBook 8570p Notebook PC computer models
Part number: 702840-001
