The only response when pressing the f9 and f10 keys are to adjust the volume. As this is a major overheating problem HP should replace the cooling fan as a safety recall at no extra cost to the consumer.

hi
unfortunetly i am disable from last 4 to 5 hours to operate my laptop properly.the option occur at the front screen is that my cooling fan is not working properly.may be due to dust particals.is there any better solution?or i use air balor to clean it.
