HP G60-243CL Notebook PC
prtsc delete home end pg up pg dn buttons not working. they just quit for some odd reason. how to fix?

Hi Bill,
In that case, it would look like this is a hardware issue.
As your notebook is still under warranty, my best advice would be to contact HP and arrange to have this repaired - you can check your warranty status Here.
If you live in the US, contact HP Here.
If you are in another part of the world, start Here.

Hi Bill,
Try the following.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery and plug in the AC Adapter.
Tap away at the esc key as soon as it starts to reboot to launch the Start-up Menu and then select f10 to enter the bios menu. Press f5 to load the defaults ( this is sometimes f9, but the menu at the bottom will show the correct key ), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter. Press f10 to save the setting and again use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter.
Let windows fully load and check if the keys now function.
