Hi all. new guy here, so I hope I'm in the right place. I am having no end of trouble with my 6 month old HP 15 TS Notebook PC, running Windows 10, tho this happened on Win 8.1 also. This 'cursor hover' thing is driving me nuts! How on earth do I disable it? I looked in the Ease of Access area, and it is not checked in the little box, and was not right from the start. Unsure if it's related but sometimes just moving the curor does all sorts of weird things. Window zoom changes, and video screens go from full screen to default size. needless to say, this sometimes gets extremely frustrating. Not a good option at all, in my opinion. Thanks for your time. Rick

Hello @Rick1953,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Notebook and mouse not working correctly with the hover option. Here is a document on how to troubleshoot the mouse and Touchpad sensitivities.
I fixed this by going to the In the Advanced tab in the Mouse properties, there are more settings.
SmartSense - settings for palm interference on the touchpad and advanced filters and set them to minimum.
Hope this fixes your issue with the mouse.
Thanks.
