Are you asking the forum to provide a link for that download?

You should know that, if you're planning on restoring your Win7 PC, the ONLY version that is going to work properly is the one contained in the HP Recovery Media.  Any version you download from the Internet is NOT going to be the correct HP OEM version, and even though it will probably install, it will not activate with the OEM key that came with your machine.

If you are trying to restore your machine, you should tell us that because you might be able to do a Win7 recovery without having to use recovery media.

You need to provide some details -- "having a problem" tells us nothing useful.

Also, you do NOT want that download -- as it is the retail version and your machine has the HP OEM version.  If you download and install using THAT version, it will not activate -- as it needs a retail product key.

I understand you have the key -- it's on the COA sticker on the machine -- but what I'm telling you is that key will only work on OEM versions of Win7.  Any version of Win7 you download is going to be the Retail version and can NOT use that key.
