drive swap system to local

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi updated to Windows 10 now nothing boots old windows 7 or windows 10 recovery, go back to previous safe mode nothing works at all. So launched diskpart and found that somehow c: Is local disk with only 199mb and system is f: 280gb need to swap them back.

Windows does not need to boot from a disk labeled C: but you do need to be sure that the system disk is actually an active partition. You will need to use a bootable disk management program like paragon partition manager to boot into a gui environment and make sure the actual boot partition is set active.

Thanks Huffer I've been trying to find away with diskpart. Going to try paragon.

If you are good with the command line it can be done with diskpart but easier with a gui.
