Recently put new hard disk, everything is fine except that USB ports to the left side is not working...

I would need to know the full model number of your dv6 in order to provide the drivers for the smbus and usb 3 controllers.

For the bluetooth, go to your notebook's support and driver page, download and install the Broadcom Bluetooth Driver and Software file.

I send the laptop to a store and fixed everything except the bluetooth (they couldnt find driver software for the "BCM20702A0")

Following the full model details:

HP Pavilion DV6 -6c01ee

Product: A7Q68EA#ABV 

Also I tried to search for the bluetooth as per your but I found only the driver for broadcom wireless LAN 

I appreciate if you can send me the link for the proper driver

You're very welcome.

If you ever have to install W7 again, install the AMD Chipset Driver and reboot. 

You want the 49.7 MB chipset file download.

That will install both the SMBus and USB 3 controllers.
