Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying to "irradicate" 3 unknown devices in Device Manager on my EliteBook 8560p, running windows10pro (64-bit).

I suspect one of these "unknown" might be eSata, as I have connected an eSata enclosure and wasn't recognized.

I also noticed in BIOS that AHCI wasn't implemented, but no sure if relevant to eSata issue.

Anyone could shed some light? Thanks.

If memory serves me correctly, AHCI needs to be enabled for the hot swap feature of eSATA. The driver is in the Intel driver section.

Hi, @mantuuk

If you post the hardware ID's for the unknown devices, I will see if I can find the drivers you need for them.
