Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I read your post about MS Word and wanted to help.

You're actually asking two very different questions -- one in the post, and one in the title.  Let me answer both ...

1) Find or download MS Word for free -- sorry, this is commercial software -- not possible.  You have to purchase it.

2) How to access MS Word -- If you look under All Applications in the start menu, you should see a folder for Microsoft Office.  If you open that, it will show the Office components that got installed.  Simply click on the icon for Word.

Good Luck

Also side note that is 30-60 day trial only. If you want to keep using it you will have to buy a Office Product Key to activate it.

Windows 10 drivers may be available through Windows Update

Click 'Learn More' below for steps on using Windows Update to determine what drivers might be available for your product. Please be aware that HP does not guarantee Windows 10 drivers will be available from Windows Update.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.
