hello i have a huge problem i kept on reading hp support answers for the fingerpint issue but it couldnt be fixed on my laptop i dont know why. My problem starts when i a did a format for my laptop and had new windows which is 10 and 64bit most of  the drivers of the hp were gone so i downloaded hp cool sense and beats audio speaker and hp simple pass,and digital persona. when i open hp simple pass identity protection it says the fingerprint reader is not connected connect the reader. I tried to uninstall it from the device manager and reboot my laptop i have tried many things but they would not work please help me what can i do?
