Product: elitebook folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
Hello. On the Elitebook Folio 9470m the power light indicator (lightning bolt) is flashing white and Orange. Also the power button stays on. What could be the problem and how to solve this?

Happy thanksgiving. After taking the keyboard loose I found that 2 of the cables weren't properly seated. After reattaching the keyboard the proper way it booted right up. So if anybody have the flashing Amber and white lightning bolt check the keyboard connections. Hope this tip helps. Thanks everyone. Special thanks to our military units serving us all around the world.

Also the guy I got this laptop from was tired of dealingwith this issue and bought a new computer. He said it's still under warranty. How do you go about getting a repair under warranty and how does it work ?
