I bought this laptop http://goo.gl/6Rqf2

It is a m6-1045dx with intel hd 4000 graphics, I've been using it for 2 weeks but this problem appeared just yesterday, the main laptop screen shows grey lines, even from boot time.

 

I've connected it to another monitor and it works, so I think the problem might be with the laptop screen.

 

I've tried the following with no success

 

1. Upgrade bios and video card drivers

2. Restoring the laptop to the factory settings

 

With no success at all, please help me find a solution for this problem.

As I move the mouse pointer, the laptop screen shows some movement.

I recently repaired the same model as yours which was dropped and the LCD did not appear damaged...but displayed exactly like yours. I order a replacement LCD it fixed the problem.
