computer WAS operating fine.received notice to restart comouter to finish update. restarted computer, computer updated. after computer updated it was VERY SLOW. turned computer off and then restarted . computer started but would not let me start any apps. ran diagnostics and came up with error code GW6C62-7HN8L2-XD7V6K-60SX03 on hard drive short dst.

Hi,

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and need to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
