Hi,
If it does come with Microsoft Office, you'll find it by clicking the Start Menu, clicking All Programs and scroll down the list to see if you have a folder called microsoft office.
If it doesn't, you can download a 60 day free trial ( before you need to purchase the activation key ) on the following link.

I just got a new laptop, i dont have the 25 digit key code. Do I need to purchase the microsoft package to access any of these? I have a 3g card and still cant access the internet, could the key code be the reason?
please advise

You have to buy Microsoft software from Microsoft or the retailer and HP doesn't sell Microsoft software.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.

And does it say what the Key is for? 3G cards are support through their mobile providers and you need to contact them for support on that.
