Hi, heres how to obtain your mac address
From your desktop
1. Click the Start Button
2. In the search bar, type cmd, then enter
3. In the black window box, type ipconfig/all
4. Your MAC Address is display like this: ex. Physical Address..... 00-26-C6-C1-D5-C4
Although I am an HP employee, my posts and replies are my own.

go to network and sharing center and click on your active network connection (wireless network or ethernet network ) then a window will be opened (general) for the mentioned network, then click details, it will be the physical address (Mac address).
