How do I test the webcam on my HP laptop using Windows 7?

Used2it, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a guide to help you test your webcam.  If you don't have Cyberlink Youcam, give this guide a try.

 

When requesting help, you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.

You can also test your webcam with Skype in the setup and configuration phase.

yes, if problem with using Windows 7,  you can test your webcam online with this website  http://www.test-cam.com/
