Hi,

There are a few things you can check, or look for to turn wireless on.

This documnet has pictures that show you wireless on/off switches in windows 8/8.1: Airplane Mode (Windows 😎. That would be the easiest.

Also on the keyboard you may have a wireless light on either the f11 or f12 keys, blue is active amber is inactive.

There may even be a switch on the side of the notebook that just slides over to enable/disable.

Check for those three things, let me know if you locate it and if its working for you.

LOCATED AIRPLANE SWITCH AND IT WAS ON SO I TURNED IT OFF AND I AM ALL SET.
