Hi,

Are you talking about BIOS password or Windows password ?

For BIOS password, please read this:

   http://www.technibble.com/how-to-bypass-or-remove-a-bios-password/

For Windows password please use this:

  • Go to Start, then Select the “Control Panel”.
  • Select the “User Accounts” then option.
  • Select “Make changes to your user account”, select “Remove your Password”.
  • Now you will need to enter your current password.
  • Select “Remove Password” to confirm.
  • You can now close the User Accounts window.

Regards.
