can you please help me? how can i instal windows 8,8.1 in hp pavilion g6 1301tx model, my concern is not about recovery files,, i want to instal another windows version 8.1, 8 ,thank you

Hi @Aron2

 

Thank you for posting back.

 

I instructions are same even if you want to install a retails copy of Windows. Instead of HP recovery media, use the windows installation disc/USB flash drive in which you have the windows.
