i can not log into bios to change anything.machine was just sent from us

If 3 attempts at password produce a Halt code you can generate a passcode from it to get in. If not you will need to contact Support:https://bios-pw.org/

when I give the wrong password 3 times, then I can not get any code. Just Show ("System Locked" Press the power button to restart the system). So now what do I do to recover the password? Please help me
