This is a consumer to consumer forum.

 

I do not work for or represent HP.

 

I volunteer my time and expertise to help forum members find hardware drivers for their PC's as I did for your situation.

 

I don't even own a HP printer.

 

I recommend you check the printer forum and see who answers the most questions on that section.
