I love HP products and have used them for the past 6 years.  I have a home computer that I love a HP 2009m, but I purchased the above Model # HP Laptop for my son for college, and I have constant problems with it.  Can someone just repair it for me?  I cannot keep the internet activated on it, which is causing a lot of problems.   Thank you and please let me know.

I was about to through this laptop in the trash. When this problem occured a year ago I got the run around from HP and no help. if there is a class action lawsuit I would like to join.

The class action lawsuit is over for 2 years plus. These units are now 5-7 years old. There is no more help from the manufacturers. You will have to look into repair options at your expense. Just telling it like it is.
