HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

note book keeps powering off . It is connected to the mains so this is not a power issue. It does not shot down gacefully ie logs out of window but just switches off this haapens when I leave it alone for a few mins. I've cahged all the power options and it makes no difference.

According to the message you have recently posted I would like to confirm that this could be a hardware issue and I strongly recommend you to immediately Contact HP Technical Support over the Phone for further assistance without any delay to get your Notebook diagnosed and serviced by an authorized HP Certified Engineer
