1. Bios Recovery ( used windows key and B and power button)
2. changed the memory to another slot
3. Power button holding 3 times (15-20 sec) without connect AC & DC
Still remain the same problem:
Computer does not start and contineously blinking the cap lock
Note: Using Windows 7, when I updated then suddenly shut down the computer and does not start.

Try a hard reset as follows:
1) Remove the battery and unplug the DC power adapter.
2) Press and hold the power button for more than fifteen seconds.
3) Plug in the DC power adapter (leave the battery out for now)
4) Press the power button
Please post your positive or negative results here in your thread.
Your notebook does not have Windows 8 installed, but almost everything in this troubleshooting document applies. Take a look at the blinking leds section. Blink codes are a diagnostic aid and the sequence of blinks repeat. There is a list which will tell you what the repeating blinks mean.

sometimes the solution is very simple, as reinstall the OS...try to boot from DVD or USB and install Windows again.
i had that problem before and i did everything except the Reinstall OS, which it was very simple and is working ok.
also i had the blinking Caps Lock key...maybe this could work for you.

Have you counted the blinks to determine which hardware component has failed as I asked in my last post?
That was the reason that I included the link to the blink code document.
Continuous blinks indicates that the power adapter has an issue
