HP Probook 450 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have just bought a new HP Probook 450 G2 CI5 5th Gen 5200u with AMD Radeon R5 M255 graphics card (2GB). Device Manager shows 2 display adapters but AMD adapter has warning exclaimation mark with following errors:

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers but to no avail. I cannot use dedicated graphics card due to this reason.

Please help me out.

Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)

Regards,

Shoaib

Hi Ashkan,

Yes I resolved the problem by installing the latest driver for both Intel HD 5500 and AMD R5 M255 drivers and both are OK now:

AMD driver version: 15.200.1046.0

Intel Driver Version: 10.18.14.4112
