 I am  a designer. I have the Hp probook 4540s  laptop with the 15.6" diagonal High Definition HP BrightView LED Display (1366x768). can i upgrade my screen to the 15.6" diagonal Full HD HP Anti-glare LED Display (1920x 1080)? 

My screen: Model Number: B156XW02 V.3

                                       AU: optronics

                                       H/W: 0B

                                       F/W:  1

If could, please guide me.

Hi,

 

Yes, hardware is normally upgradable (open end) but we have to take into account cost, risk (not same vendor) and performance. You may want to try.

Hi,

 

Based on the following link which shows the specs of the series:

 

      HP Probook 4540s

 

there are many options/combinations BUT only one scrren. Looks like no option here.
