i think my f9 and f10 keys are not working properly..

Ok. I found where was the problem. Actually the letter O should be the number 0.
Please do the below procedure.
Uninstall the current driver for the IDT audio.
Resource:
Uninstalling Software in Windows 7
Uninstall or change a program in Windows 7
Download and install the latest IDT audio driver for your model from here.
Restart the system.
Uninstall the current driver for the HP Quick Launch Software (if it's installed in the system).

Download and install the latest HP Quick Launch Software driver for your model from here.
Restart the system.
Download and install the latest HP On-Screen Display Utility version from here.
Restart the system and check the results.

Please write your notebook product number (p/n), which system are you using and country of purchase.
