Hello @denizarmutlu

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

Most business class devices like yours have better security. You will have to contact HP Business Support for assistance on removing the password.

Here is how:

There are ticket, chat options available, on some countries also a phone support.

HP Business support should be able to send you a customised instructions which you can use  to reset the password. Assistance for such issues is usually free of charge for business class devices.

With regards to the BIOS update - personally, I do not recommend you update the BIOS unless you experience some issues with your existing BIOS and you are sure that the new BIOS will fix it.

General recommendation I provide to users/customers is NOT to upgrade BIOS/UEFI unless they experience any kind of specific BIOS/UEFI issue. Updating just for updaing and just for using the latest verson is not solution. Any kind of update (no matter for what and who relesed it) can fix 2 issues but may introduce 10 more issues. Additionally, upgrading the BIOS (for any vendor) poses more risks because BIOS recovery is not that easy as compared to typical software updates IF something goes wrong.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you face any difficulties.
