Hi:

 

It depends. There are no less than 18 model variations of the CQ56 in the USA and over 306 model variations worldwide.

 

I have attached the link to the service manual for the general CQ56 model series:

Basically you have to get one of the models with one of the Combo Wireless/Bluetooth cards, which are listed in Chapter 1, page 3 of the manual.
