Hi,

Specs: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04778325

Your laptop came with Windows 10 Home 64bit.

If you need to factory reset, you need to order recovery USB from HP directly.

You can alternatively clean install Windows 10 Home 64 bit: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9230-windows-10-iso-download.html

Additional drivers here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-14-Notebook-PC-series/8499318/model/8902762
