I have an HP G50 and my outer case is cracked all the way across the length of the computer. It's cracked at the base where it swivels to open and close. So even though I can open my laptop, the screen now comes apart at the base and I can see inside the monitor to the actual screen and the wires behind it. Is there any way to repair this?
You'll have to contact HP repair (800-474-6836) to either order a replacement assembly or send it in for repair.
