Product: stteam notebook model 11-yo12n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Got a laptop fresh out of the box. But when I turned it on there was a user named mila already set up. Now I can't use the laptop. Plz help!!!

It should not have happened in a brand new notebook.

Have you contacted HP reseller directly to sort out this issue?

You can ask for a new unit citing this reason.
