Hi @Terez ,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion dv6-7303ef Notebook and issues with the keyboard. Here is a link to keyboard troubleshooting. Make sure you take some air to the Keyboard as dust could cause this issue.
In the device manager have you uninstall all that is listed in keyboards. Then restart your Notebook.
Here is a fix from Microsoft that might help.
Incorrect Characters are Displayed when Using Keyboard could be fixed by following this document set the keyboard language.
You can change the options for your keyboard by going to Control panel, Keyboard change keyboards.
Here is a link to restore the BIOS.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks

Just know you're not alone. Have the same issue with an ENVY 17t J000. I've always just dealt with it and suspect it's the fingerprint scanner, but if you don't have one then it's definitely something in the hardware since it's OS independant.

I have an HP Pavilion, was WIN8 and upgraded it to WIN10.... I have issues where I'm typing and letters just don't show up when I know I typed them. I tried "Keyboard Ease Of Access" function settings and sometimes it works but other times (maybe after a reboot) it seems to revert back to what I call the stuttering keys. Drives one crazy when typing at full blaze... and on my work laptop I do NOT have the issue... Just venting.
