Hi rohin786,

 

Would you be able to try and perform a system restore while in safe mode?

Follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the computer and press f8.
  2. Select Boot into Safe Mode.
  3. When in Windows, click Start.
  4. Type Restore in the search field.
  5. Select System Restore
  6. Select a restore point when the computer was operating properly.

Let me know if this is something you're willing to try.
